At JDM & Sons Handyman Services, we believe in honest pricing and quality workmanship. We keep our rates straightforward so you know what to expect before work begins.
Standard call-out
$100 per visit + GST
This covers attendance at your property, assessment of the work required, and getting the job underway.
Standard labour
$100 per hour + GST
Applicable during normal business hours for all handyman, maintenance, repair, and property improvement services.
Travel
Free within 50km of Wongan Hills
For properties located beyond 50km, travel is charged at $1.50 per kilometre + GST outside the free travel radius.
After-hours & urgent call-outs
Need a job attended to outside normal business hours?
After-hours call-out fee: $200 per visit + GST
After-hours labour rate: $150 per hour + GST
Applicable to evenings, weekends, public holidays, and urgent call-outs where immediate attendance is requested.
Larger projects
For larger jobs, ongoing maintenance, or projects requiring multiple days of work, we're happy to provide a tailored fixed-price quote. This can offer greater certainty and value for both parties.
